At Athand24 it is super easy to find a vacation rental or real estate for sale, rent, or to share. The homepage is welcoming and the search box is front and center so it is easy for a real estate agent or a novice to use.
The search is easy and simply requires filling out the form for country, state, city, category, property type, and minimum and maximum price. Then, the search begins and when the results are shown they are quite easy to navigate with pictures, location, and general information about the property. To the left of the homepage there are “My Real Estate Tools†that are quite helpful to visitors. This includes links to newsletters, forums, articles, website directory, classifieds, advertisements, and finance real estate.
Real estate agents may be searched as well, which gives this site an angle many of its competitor sites don’t offer. There are not thousands of real estate listings on this site as of yet, but it certainly has the potential to reach that level in the future if it continues along the same path.
