The Mortgage Calculators website is bright with its green accent color, which truly gets you in the money state of mind. There are quite a few blog posts that are visible on the main page, so it is easy to keep up with the blog even if you aren’t able to check it every day. Posts are made regularly so there is always new information to take in.
Along the top of the site there is a menu that will take you to several different links. These include Home, Articles for Home Buyers, Homes for Sale, Real Estate Guide, and Forum. To the right of the page there is another menu where you can access Popular Articles and Pages. Peraps the coolest aspect of the website is the mortgage calculator post where you can learn more about this great tool that will help you determine how much a home will cost you on a monthly basis and how much you can afford.
There really are some great topics discussed on this site including an article on private mortgage insurance that is definitely worth a read for any new homebuyer. Overall this site is informative and has an easy to navigate layout.
